Wise Hospice Options is family-owned, and our approach to pharmacy management is shaped by proximity to hospice, not distance from it.

‍We built Wise after years spent working in and around hospice medication workflows, where small delays create big disruptions.

That perspective goes back even further.

Healthcare was dinner-table conversation, shaped by family roots in community pharmacy and years spent learning the realities of hospice from insiders.

In 2003, we founded Wise Hospice Options to make hospice medication management clearer, faster, and easier to run, without forcing staff into generic workflows.
